Is it free to list my space on PlaceDen?
Yes — listing your space is completely free. PlaceDen only earns when you earn. We charge a small 5% fee on your payout when a booking is completed. No monthly subscriptions, no listing fees, no hidden charges.
What kinds of spaces can I list?
Any outdoor space you own or have permission to rent — backyards, gardens, open fields, farm land, parking lots, rooftops, waterfront properties, church grounds, school fields, and more.
How does payment work for guests?
Guests pay the listing price plus a 14% service fee. Payment is held securely by PlaceDen until 24 hours after your event, then released automatically. All payments are processed by Stripe.
What if something gets damaged at my event?
PlaceDen provides up to $50,000 in host property protection for every booking. All guests are ID-verified and payment-verified, so you always have full accountability.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Flexible policy: full refund up to 24 hours before. Moderate: full refund up to 5 days before. Strict: 50% refund up to 7 days before. Hosts set their policy on each listing.
When does PlaceDen launch?
